Sig Sauer Slides Inc. stands behind the quality of our products and aims to provide transparency and fairness in our return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted for unused, uninstalled, and unmodified items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be returned in original condition with all original packaging, documentation, and components included.

Due to the nature of firearm components, any item that has been installed, test-fitted, fired, altered, or damaged is not eligible for return or refund. Custom-order items, special-order products, and clearance or discounted items are final sale.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization. Customers must contact us before returning any item to receive instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

Refund Process

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
